Shipping and Delivery Policy

At HR Innovate Hub, our services are primarily digital and consulting-based; therefore, traditional shipping does not apply. However, for any physical deliverables (e.g., printed materials, training kits, onboarding guides, etc.), or where service deliverables are packaged and shared via digital platforms, the following policy applies:

 

1. Digital Delivery of Services and Materials
All HR solutions, reports, frameworks, templates, and consultation outcomes are delivered electronically through secure channels such as email, client portals, or approved cloud-based systems. Delivery timelines are agreed upon in advance and tailored to the scope of work outlined in the client agreement.

 

2. Physical Deliverables (if applicable)
In instances where physical items are provided (e.g., training kits, printed manuals, workshop materials), the following terms apply:

 

Shipping Method: Courier service or registered post via our delivery partners.

Shipping Charges: Borne by the client unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

Delivery Timeline: Typically within 7–10 business days, depending on the destination.

Tracking: Tracking information will be provided for all couriered packages.

 

3. Delivery Timelines and Expectations
Project timelines for deliverables will be detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal document. We commit to timely delivery based on mutually agreed schedules and encourage clients to provide timely feedback for optimal delivery flow.

 

4. Delays and Exceptions
While we strive for timely and efficient service delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)

Client-side delays in approvals, data sharing, or scheduling

Technical disruptions (platform issues, system downtime)

In such cases, we maintain open communication and propose revised delivery timelines promptly.

 

5. International Delivery
For international clients receiving physical materials (if applicable), customs or import duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the client. Delivery timelines may also vary based on customs clearance procedures.

 

6. Non-Delivery / Lost Items (Physical Deliverables Only)
In the rare event that physical materials are lost in transit, HR Innovate Hub will initiate an investigation with the logistics partner and arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to the client.
