1. Nature of Our Services
HR Innovate Hub provides professional HR consulting, talent acquisition, RPO, and advisory services. As a service-based organization, we do not sell physical goods. This policy outlines how we handle service fee disputes, refund requests, and replacement guarantees where applicable.
2. Recruitment Placement Guarantee
For permanent placement mandates, HR Innovate Hub offers a replacement guarantee as detailed in the individual client engagement agreement. The standard terms are as follows:
- If a placed candidate voluntarily resigns or is terminated for performance reasons within the guarantee period specified in the signed agreement (typically 60–90 days), HR Innovate Hub will conduct one replacement search at no additional fee
- The guarantee period commences from the candidate's confirmed start date
- The replacement guarantee is void if the role, responsibilities, remuneration, or working conditions materially change after the candidate's start date
- The guarantee is void if the client has not fulfilled agreed payment obligations
3. Refunds for Consulting and Advisory Services
Fees paid for HR consulting, HRBP advisory, HR tech advisory, compensation benchmarking, L&D programme design, and workforce planning services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. However:
- Where a project is cancelled by the client before commencement, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued minus any documented preparation costs
- Where work is partially completed at the time of cancellation, a pro-rated refund may be issued based on work completed to date, at HR Innovate Hub's reasonable assessment
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the disputed invoice date
4. RPO Engagements
For embedded RPO mandates, fees are structured based on agreed service periods and billing milestones outlined in the engagement agreement. Early termination by the client may result in cancellation fees as specified in the signed agreement. No refund will be issued for services already rendered within a billing period.
5. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a billing dispute or refund request, clients should contact us at info@hrinnovatehub.com in the first instance. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with the governing law provisions of the signed engagement agreement.
