Service Assurance Period: Our solutions come with a standard 90-day assurance period, during which we work closely with clients to measure and align results with expectations. This period provides clients with an opportunity to experience the impact of our services and ensure they meet operational needs effectively.

 

Replacement & Adjustment Guarantee: If, within the assurance period, any solution does not deliver on its intended goals (such as enhancing employee satisfaction, ensuring compliance, improving workforce efficiency, etc.), HR Innovate Hub commits to making necessary adjustments, refinements, or replacements to bring the service in line with expectations. This guarantee covers areas including, but not limited to:

 

A. Compensation & Benefits: Tailoring structures to align with employee and organizational needs.
B. Insurance & Health & Safety Compliance: Adapting coverage or safety protocols for optimal compliance and risk management.
C. Learning & Development, Leadership Development, and Competency Mapping: Realigning training and development plans to meet targeted competency outcomes.
D. Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, and Change Management: Revisiting strategies to ensure impactful, sustainable cultural transformation and engagement.
E. HR Technology Implementation: Adjustments to ensure smooth integration and functionality of implemented technology.
F. Performance Management Systems & Global Talent Management: Modifying assessment criteria and global strategies for improved outcomes and alignment.

 

Notification Requirement: To activate our Replacement & Adjustment Guarantee, clients must notify The Talent Care in writing within five business days after the identified concern arises. This notification should provide an outline of the specific service area and issue to enable effective response and resolution.

 

Scope of Guarantee: Our Replacement & Adjustment Guarantee applies to all listed HR solutions for direct consultancy services.

 

Custom arrangements may apply to hybrid or extended contracts, which will be detailed in individual agreements.

 

Open Communication: We prioritize open and transparent communication as the cornerstone of successful client relationships. Our team is available for regular consultations to discuss progress, address questions, and gather feedback to refine service delivery continually.
